WLCSP Industrial Park Achieves 1 Million Safe Hours Milestone

WLCSP industrial hub with high-tech facilities

This project is located in the famous Suzhou Industrial Park, one of the best industrial parks worldwide. It covers an area of 90 acres with a construction area of 120,000 square meters, including an 11-story R&D and office building, five 4-story multistory flexible factory buildings, one 5-story social building containing staff restaurants, a gym with a full-size basketball court, one 6-story parking garage, and several other buildings for utilities and other functions. The project held a groundbreaking ceremony in September 2022, and as of June 2024, it has accumulated 1 million safe working hours.

On the afternoon of June 12, 2024, the project department of WLCSP Industrial Park held a celebration for achieving 1 million safe working hours. Over 100 participants, including leaders from the Owner, the Project Management Company, the Supervisory Company, the General Contractor, the Curtain-wall Engineering Company, as well as all management and construction personnel of the project department, attended the event. During the ceremony, leaders from various participating companies congratulated WLCSP Industrial Park project for reaching 1 million safe working hours and commended the project’s safety management work.

Ms. Liu Liang, the project leader representing the owner, congratulated the achievement of 1 million safe working hours and thanked Virtuarch for its commitment to safety. She also appreciated the professional, strict management of Virtuarch leading the project in its role as Architecture and Project Management Consultant of the project.. As the project is nearing completion, she expressed her confidence that all parties will continue their efforts and maintain excellent safety management till the successful completion of the project.

Mr. Daniel Heusser, the general manager of the project management company, thanked all workers attending the celebration, emphasizing that achieving 1 million safe working hours is primarily due to the contribution of each and every person active on site. He advocated for all management personnel to continue prioritizing safety and to strive to improve safety management continuously. He also expressed gratitude to the owner for entrusting Virtuarch with the design and project management of the project and for recognizing our team’s safety work.
