VIRTUARCH was assigned the design and project management tasks for the renovation of an existing workshop building in Guangzhou. The building was, at handover, practically in ruins. Roofs were leaking, floors and walls cracked, all MEP systems not functioning. VIRTUARCH practically re-designed the building, locating the different functions at the most suitable places and upgrading the building substance to match the requirements of the production needs of Fona, a subsidiary of Sirona, the leading German provider of professional dental products and technologies.
The result of the renovation works is stunning: The building is now truly representing the quality and branding requirements of Fona.
A representative entrance is leading to a modern lobby with a bright showroom matching the image of the presented medical equipment perfectly.
Functional and comfortable office space, social areas, production and assembly halls and warehouse facilities provide the best possible production environment possible.
