BOLLHOFF 

This project is a newly built with a construction area of 12,500 square meters, the main functional layout is composed by warehouse, partial office and guard house. The overall building reflects the atmosphere of a modern enterprise meanwhile maintaining connection with the original building in the zone. The new building is revolved around the warehouse, surrounded by circular fire lanes. The height difference between the indoor and outdoor is designed to be 300mm, the road elevation is lower than the building and the road slopes directing to the outside of the building to effectively prevent rainwater from back flowing to submerge building.
