With the highest German construction standards, EMAG’s flagship factory in Jintan is regarded to be one of the most efficient industrial buildings in china.
We implemented a “T” shape the offices building extending on a mezzanine level overlooking the entire production areas.
To reach it’s challenging production building air conditioning requirements of absolutely stable temperature (+/-2°c within 24 hours) and controlled humidity, the building shell adopts a fully insulated cassette wall system. The building adopts a BMS technology system that offer the possibility to control the building directly from Germany.
To reach EMAG’s high sustainability requirements, all building elements were carefully designed and chosen to control the building’s energy consumption.
