LANRUN ANGEL FOREIGN LANGUAGE EXPERIMENTAL SCHOOL, ANJI, P.R.CHINA

Lanrun Angel Foreign Language Experimental School in Town of Angels, Anji Country, Zhejiang Province covers a built area of 100,000m2, which was invested by three outstanding Chinese groups, such as GREENTOWN, NEW INSIGHT and BLUETOWN. VIRTUARCH was chosen to design a functional and inspiring landscape learning environment, aiming for a future school with cutting-edge facilities and intelligent systems.

Combining indoor and exterior environment together, we adopted natural colors, light and green vegetation into design to create a regional, comfortable and simple environment, which can greatly stimulate interest in the students’ study.

The design put emphasis on not only matching its innovational and the best teaching idea, but also providing a series of facilities, such as standard classrooms, lab classrooms, Chinese classrooms, libraries, canteens, a theatre and a swimming pool. School standard colors were transformed into color combinations to meet the needs of different education stages composed of kindergartens, primary and middle school. Through an orderly placement and combination, we created a triangle continuation of the appearance according to the shape of the building.
