On a property outside the construction zone, one of two multi-family houses built around 1930 and 1959 was to be replaced by a new building. The provisions of the Spatial Planning Act (SPA) requested the new building to be similar in volume. Therefore, the facade and roof design are based on the local customs. The buildings blend into the landscape of Central Switzerland dominated by the Mythen mountains, applying a color scheme which is carefully selected. High-quality soundproof windows were used due to the location next to the cantonal road, the windows of bedrooms were set away from the street. A garage with a two-storey parking lift was built for total of 6 cars.
