VOITH CHINA TRAINING CENTER, KUNSHAN
The Voith China Training Center is a LEED Gold project. The building, as the name reveals, is a training centre for the whole Voith Group in China, which contains a vocational training workshop and management training facilities, completed by a lobby with a showroom, an auditorium, a café and pantries.
To reach the high sustainability standards requested by Voith, the project is equipped with a BMS system controlling the lighting, air con and other building systems, and the façade materials are carefully chosen to have the right insulation value. A green roof is lowering the heat gains through the roof significantly.
