Chiesi Shanghai Office Interior “Ground-Breaking” Ceremony
Dec28, 2021 – Chiesi, the international research-driven pharmaceutical and healthcare group (Chiesi Group), announced that the Chiesi Shanghai office had started to decorate.
Mr. Davide Dalle Fusine, theGeneral Manager of Chiesi China, gave a speech at a short “groundbreaking ceremony”: “Our strategy to consolidate the regional head office in the China market is important for us. Our new office will be a better place where we can work more closely together in an open office space which is also more equality-friendly.” The new office designed by VIRTUARCH offers more space, flexible leisure areas, conference rooms, modern and innovative office equipment, and a more mature and perfect environment.
Sustainability in construction has never been more important. Chiesi’s global strategy requests its new office to be more efficient and sustainable. VIRTUARCH’s designers are ensuring maximum environmental sustainability through innovative technologies, green environmental protection materials, and energy consumption calculations, transforming a piece of bare shell concrete office building into bright, inviting and comfortable workplace. VIRTUARCH committed to the construction of the new offices to be completed on time and within budget. This project is targeting at obtaining the LEED Certification for Interior Design and Construction.
