DRÄXLMAIER Anshan Plant Moving-in Ceremony
Time-pressure Handled Well
On November 16th 2021, the move-in ceremony for the DRÄXLMAIER Anshan plant building II was held. To address the expanding global demand for automobiles, DRÄXLMAIER expand the second phase of the Anshan plant in 2021. The new building includes main production line, public areas such as canteens, changing rooms, technical rooms and offices, as well as other exterior facilities. There will be 2,300 employees working in the new building.

VIRTUARCH’s Effective and Efficient Project Management
VIRTUARCH is in charge of the construction management of the project, assisting clients in completing this project in an effective and efficient manner. The EPC contractor started work in September 2021, but the first project which is a 14,000 sqm area was requested handed over to the client as early as November 1st.
Through efficient coordination and control of major designs, check materials, and quick reaction to dealing with daily construction activity in two shifts, VIRTUARCH successfully met the first handover goal on time. Our team reached the ambitious goal in time and on budget with quality assurance. VIRTUARCH will continue to follow this Anshan project, and also anticipate finishing the rest plant sections on schedule, as well as handover the full project to our client.
